• For the whole experience of purchasing your product(s) to the supply and installation you will be dealing direct with one company.

• You will receive value for money with a Broxap installation package as all installers are highly trained in the installation of Broxap products, this causes a minimum of disruption and also a short timescale, thus keeping costs to a minimum.

• Prior to installation on larger projects a Surveyor or Installer can visit your location if required, to determine what, if any, problems may arise; such as access to site, classrooms in surrounding areas, childrens movements during the day etc.

• Should you take up the option of civil or groundworks within your Broxap Installation Package these will be structured into a suitable timescale so they are completed within the time required prior to the product arriving on site.

• Your Installation Package will be supplied with a planned timescale that will suit your requirements. For schools an installation may be during term time or holiday periods.

• During the installation our installers will secure the installation site both during working and non-working hours, thus providing peace of mind to clients whom may be worried about Health and Safety issues.

• At any time during the installation should the client not be happy with some element of the installation or product you can contact our dedicated Customer Services Dept. to discuss options available. The customer can do this through the Broxap Installation Manager or directly via telephone to our Customer Services Dept.

• Once the product is finally installed and only when the customer is happy then the Installation Team will provide the customer with a satisfaction form for them to sign to say they are completely happy with the product and installation.

• Should there be any snagging issues shortly after the installation, Broxap will send another of its own qualified engineers to rectify the issue and then produce a further satisfaction form for the customer to sign to say they are happy with the result.

• On large projects that have the need for total Contract/Project
Management. Broxap have the facility of a large department dedicated to the handling of large contracts from start to finish including installation.
